With focused operations, the company has been able to drive significant value and increased returns – the crowning of this highlighted with the highly successful sale-lease back of the Marriott Copenhagen following only two years of ownership and take-over of the operations.

Pirjo Ojanperä - CapMan
CapMan has, in addition to being a major investor in the hotel real estate segment in Finland, demonstrated a unique willingness and ability to carry out pure operating hospitality investments. With the acquisition and expansion of the Kämp Group, CapMan has in a short period of time created the market-leading upscale and luxury hotel operating platform in the Helsinki market and with the recent acquisition of Forenom, the company has set out to create a market leader in the Nordic extended stay segment.

Anders Buchardt - AB Invest
AB Invest has for many years been a leading Nordic hotel developer and responsible for landmark developments such as e.g. the Clarion Sign in Stockholm. With a – for the Nordics - atypical approach of developing and holding several of the projects, AB Invest has shown a strong willingness and appetitive for risk and belief on the hotel segment. This has been taken to new levels with the market entry in Finland with the opening of the Clarion Hotel Helsinki, making AB Invest one of the only true pan-Nordic hotel investors with successfully executed projects in Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Petter Stordalen - Strawberry Group
Petter A. Stordalen has for many years been a clear Nordic hotel industry leader with Nordic Choice Hospitality Group as a leading operator and owning interest in a strong portfolio of hotel real estate investments and developments.
